Return and Refund
Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and concern. Once your package has arrived, we encourage you to open and check to make sure that the items meet your requirement. Try your items as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing if applicable.
WILL YOU OFFER A REFUND IF I DID NOT RECEIVE THE ORDER?
- For Secured Shipping, we will only offer a refund when the state, city or zip code from your tracking number is not consistent with your input shipping details. We use 3rd party tracking systems to track orders and if the website states that your order was delivered then we will go by it. No exceptions.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
- For Secured Shipping, you can return or exchange your undamaged/unaltered items within seven days from the delivered date if you are not satisfied with the quality of your item or if it damaged or lost. Shipping cost will be shouldered by the buyer.
- Please note that we only accept full returns on unused, undamaged product that has its original packaging intact. Products negligently packaged and returned damaged will be subject to a reduction of refund or no refund at all.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com before you send the item back.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over
$75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
AM I ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR REFUND?
- Our policy lasts seven days from the date of receipt if you chose the Secure Shipping option. Once the period passes, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require photographs or videos demonstrating the problem. It is to be sent to us via email. If you can't prove the problem then we will not issue a refund or replacement. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Additional non-returnable items are gift cards and some health and personal care items.
CAN I GET A REFUND IF I PURCHASED AN ITEM ON SALE?
- Only regular priced items and those who availed of Secured Shipping may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 to 72 hours.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET A PARTIAL REFUND?
- Partial refund is possible only in these situations.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, ask us for the return address.
