Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. Shipping cost will be shouldered by the buyer.

Are there any exchange rates?

All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based on another currency, your order's total will be calculated according to the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processed the transaction.

How do I secure is my online order?

How do I change or cancel my order?

Any time after receiving the order, we keep the right of accepting or declining it or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment. 

Any cancellation made after an order has been placed, will be subject to a cancellation fee of US$0.5 regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor/credit card charges us a fee for cancellations.

How do I set my shipping address?

Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead. For example, you may change letter "?" to "c".

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacational address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.

When will my order arrive?

The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking information on the next day as tracking information generally becomes available 24 hours after we have shipped the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS

When will my order be processed?

The majority of our orders are handled and shipped out from our China suppliers. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. 

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next 2 days after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. 

Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after 7 business days from the day you completed your payment.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Is my order eligible for free shipping?

Free shipping can be applied to orders that meet the minimum amount required, excluding discounted, sale, and oversized/overweight products. Your order will be shipped using Economy shipping.

RETURNS

Can I return or exchange an item ?

Because most of our items are made to order, at the time the order is placed, certain conditions apply. You can return or exchange your approuved items within fourteen days from the delivered date if you have issues or problems with your item or if it damaged or lost. Shipping cost will be shouldered by the buyer.

Please note that we only accept full returns on unused, product that has its original packaging intact. Products negligently packaged and returned damaged will be subject to a reduction of refund or no refund at all. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customers[at]spotmestuff.com before you send the item back.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How do I return an item ?

If you have issues or problems with your item, you must contact us over email within 72 hours from receiving your order to customers[at]spotmestuff.com. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

Am I eligible for return or refund ?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require photographs or videos demonstrating the problem. It is to be sent to us via email. If you can't prove the problem then we will not issue a refund or replacement. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Additional non-returnable items are gift cards and some health and personal care items.

Can I get a refund if I purchase an item on sale ?

Only regular priced items and sale items may be refunded. Free items cannot be refunded.

Is it possible to get a partial refund ?

Partial refund is possible only in these situations. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, ask us for the return address.

Will you offer a refund if I do not receive an order ?

For Secured Shipping, we will only offer a refund when the state, city or zip code from your tracking number is not consistent with your input shipping details. We use 3rd party tracking systems to track orders and if the website states that your order was delivered then we will go by it. No exceptions.

Will shipping be covered for my returns ?

All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged ?

Please contact us within 72 hours from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

How long is the returns process ?

Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

When will I receive my refund ?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 to 72 hours. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
