Try your items as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing if applicable.

If you have a problem with your order and no one can help, send us an email over to customers@spotmesutff.com and we will do OUR BEST SPOTMESTUFF GUARANTEE to make things right for you.

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us over to customers@spotmestuff.com within 72 hours from receiving your order.

Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Don't send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, ask us for the return address.

Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved. Shipping cost will be shouldered by the buyer.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Free items cannot be refunded!!
